In addition to the 15 venomous snakes found in Texas, the state is also the home of some 94 other NON-VENOMOUS, yet interesting and impressive snakes. Since the primary focus of this site is the venomous species of Texas, we will not even attempt to discuss all of these additional 94 forms here, but I have included photos and notes about just a few of the more interesting and most frequently asked about species.
